Nyama Choma is the Swahili name for  meat that is roasted over a charcoal flamed grill. At Sagret, our mutton Nyama Choma is the most popular item on the menu. A special in house recipe for the marinade is used to give the meat it’s great flavour. This is then slow roasted over a large charcoal grill. The meat is cooked upon ordering and one may watch the process occur in the beautiful and serene Choma Zone.
